He was very professional and has great technical skills, most importantly he wanted to solve our issues.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Erin picked up the call and I could “hear” her smile, she was friendly, explain all options and so helpful. Nick worked on the AC & was great “dumbing it down for me” and was great finding the problem and NEVER pushed for sales, he just explained what was wrong and fixed it. Loved the Metro experience and saved them in my phone for next time. Plus did some shopping around and the “other companies” seem to only want to up-sell me on new everything-ugh but Metro didn’t. Great job all!!!
